A Bi-purpose Linguistic (and) Orthographic Ghronicle of the activities and social convenings of those dandy flaneurs that constitute the upper crust of the city of York, in the Dominion of Canada.
OUR CREED.
With the principle aim to establish a community of refuge for the well-mannered- an island of civility - in this otherwise vulgar rabble. A place to unite over fine sport, culinary delights, words of wit, and esoteric explorations.
And, of course, revolution.
The Gates of our society are spread wide in warm embrace to all those prepared to shed the shackles of the Vulgoisé.
May we walk upright once more with dignity, courage, and panache.
For Good Sport, Good Will, and Good Gin.
Rear Admiral Beasley Uxbridge Mountemyoung (fondly known to his crew and cronies as "Admiral BUM") wishes to be added to this list, thus I have CCd him on this e-mail.
